I do not wish to get into a public debate about the particulars and will avoid responding to specific points raised. I will only respond that I don't think your post is as balanced as it could be, or fair on those who remain working here.
I can fully understand that what has happened to you is upsetting, will have affected your home life and probably caused anxiety. I and the leadership team were genuinely upset to have to make the restructuring decisions we did. The changes that were forced upon us by banks meant we had to change processes which resulted in loss of roles. For that, I would like to apologise and say I am sorry.
We're pleased that a number of people have secured new roles and we will do what we can to help those affected. I wish you success in finding a new role, quickly.
