      There’s utterly no pro’s to working here.

      Cons

      The company break their own core values , lying to staff and then making them redundant. Ridiculous, unrealistic targets are set which are expected to be hit. It’s obvious the company is struggling because they know PPI is coming to an end. Managers don’t have a clue what their doing. It’s an over glorified PPI company. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THIS WEBSITE! MANAGERS MAKE STAFF FAKE THEM! STAY AWAY FROM HERE! It’s not a secure job and it’s underpaid.

      Dear Reviewer, I do not wish to get into a public debate about the particulars and will avoid responding to specific points raised. I will only respond that I don't think your post is as balanced as it could be, or fair on those who remain working here. I can fully understand that what has happened to you is upsetting, will have affected your home life and probably caused anxiety. I and the leadership team were genuinely upset to have to make the restructuring decisions we did. The changes that were forced upon us by banks meant we had to change processes which resulted in loss of roles. For that, I would like to apologise and say I am sorry. We're pleased that a number of people have secured new roles and we will do what we can to help those affected. I wish you success in finding a new role, quickly. Tony CEO

      Pros

      I started at crystal 2.5 years ago and began as a sales agent. A year later I was offered the opportunity to progress into a TL role. The senior management actively encourage internal progression which is clear as half of the TLs in the business have been promoted from within. Fantastic company to work for with great people. I would not only recommend my friends and family to use our service as we provide a great client experience but I would encourage anyone who is hard working and likes a great working environment to come and work here. On top of that you also have great commission based opportunities and get to claim back money rightfully owed to the consumer........Fulfilling to say the least.

      Pros

      Ok so some good and bad reviews on here. A mixed bag of both good and bad from my perspective. It was a really lovely genuine place to work with great potential. A the company have grown things were good, but as uncertainty in the industry gets worse, it has transpired through the management to the rest of the staff. Have to agree that it's very clicky and your face definitely has to fit, and some members of management do not possess the skills to do the job or manage people correcty.

      A real shame to war so many negatives however that many people cannot be wrong about its current state

      Hi, thanks for taking the time to comment. There's a lot we do well at Crystal and definitely a lot we can, and will, do better. It takes feedback and involvement from our colleagues to make a better business, though. Your comments about "clicky-ness" and managers are noted and I will take these back to my leadership team to see how we can learn. We are committed to creating opportunities based on merit. Interestingly, a recent analysis of roles has shown that nearly 33% of our colleagues now do different roles to those they originally started in. And, I am proud to say that 100% of my leadership team have been promoted from within the business based on their attitude, enthusiasm, capability and commitment. Thanks Tony CEO
