The people are amazing on the whole, however some individuals spoil the atmosphere by thinking they are owed something, why does everything have to be a drama! Everyone works hard The senior management team seem to support one another well and lead whilst incorporating the right amount of fun. The team leaders are evidence of development and have pretty much all come from within, not there yet, but I like to see a business that values it's employees. They seem to listen, don't always get it right but they keep going.
