Lack of help, support and training in certain area's, communication is really poor across all departments, I don't think change across operations has been great at present, don't think it will get better anytime soon. I sense uncertainty and dissatisfaction across the operations team. Morale seems to be low. Work wise is steady, but worrying as things have heavily decreased over the last 6 months. Salary is average, I've seen same job titles with a higher pay. Some of the management team don't seem approachable. Potentially progression is there but not at present.

I feel this company promised me the world on starting here, only for me to be made redundant 6 months later with only a couple days notice of the impending change, I didn't even get a full months pay that month and had to take my child out of nursery without the required notice as a result, thus I owe the nursery money that I still can't pay on Jsa, problems paying bills that month a very rough time. Working here has put a dent in my prospects, self esteem, cv and credit record. By all means work here but make sure that you have a solid fall back plan there is no loyalty and will only give you the bare minimum and expect you to be grateful at their generosity at that. Also make sure you check their accounts, a company you plan to invest your time and talent in needs to be able to deliver their promises. I deserved much more than what I got here.
