the people. great, funny, educated, hard-working people are a pleasure to work with. And the product! Who doesn't love a great wineglass or piece of furniture?

Cons

The pay is pretty average . Not a lot of roomto move up to Corporate - those people keep their jobs forever....

Interesting and fun products. Friendly and considerate p/t associates. Company will teach you facts about the products you sell and instill confidence on the sales floor.

Cons

Company as a whole has changed and the stress is felt throughout the management staff. Compansation for high sales is not reflected in your paycheck for sure. This is a company to work for if you are the second income earner in the family. Management does NOT have your back so don't be fooled. I drank the Kool Aid and drowned......
