Crate and Barrel interview questions

I applied online and a few days later I got a call from the assistant store manager. I interviewed in person and got a call a few days later with an offer.

They seemed excited at first but something definitely felt off about it. They acted like the position was hard to fill but they said they had hundreds of applications to view to find some people fit for it. I was offered a second round interview but reached out a few times only to be told they're continuing with someone else. (The jobs been reposted 4 times so far) I reached out to check in if they were willing to redo mine and never got an answer.
