Crate and Barrel reviews

Corporate has done away with certain bag and box sizes as well as changing the size of paper we use to wrap merchandise. This has made our jobs harder as it’s challenging to wrap dinnerware and larger size items such as platters and to box or bag these items without it looking messy to the customer. Also, we don’t have any of the Crate and Barrel black and white paper we use for gifts, only holiday paper. Not every gift is a holiday gift. Seems that such decisions are made by people who don’t or have never worked in a store.
