~ Lots of perks/company discounts/fitness center ~ Creative work environment

Cons

~Huge turnover at Exec Level (usually common with a new CEO, but not to this extent) ~Consistent poor sales due to competition (this is a relatively easy fix and yet they think their way is the best way...) ~Poor communication ~Very disorganized (teams coming from other offices have to move own equipment because we have nobody to assist with this?! For a multi-million dollar company, this is shameful) If we keep doing what we are doing, C&B will be out of business in 5-10 years. Competition is beating us by a landslide and we are now behind West Elm as well as Pottery Barn & RH.

Cafe at corporate has decent food. Compensation is in the median range of the market.

Cons

Horrible dictatorship style of management. Top management does not empower the employees beneath them to make decisions. Hostile work environment. Long hours and weekend work.
