Leadership team - people who are or working in the company for "ages", so they don't have perspective from other companies or people, who worked for "far worse" companies and therefore no need to make changes, because here is everything ok. When management from US or France came to visit us, we were told "TO BE POSITIVE" only and not to complain. So we were saying all is fine, because were afraid we might then get punished....
