Pros

3 days of remote working vs 2 day in office Benefits - mealvouchers, FlexiPass

Cons

Leadership team - people who are or working in the company for "ages", so they don't have perspective from other companies or people, who worked for "far worse" companies and therefore no need to make changes, because here is everything ok. But It's not. Micromanagement, promotions for manager pupils only. If you want to change anything in processes it takes ages, due to corporate processes. Worklife balance has been hard to maintain as there was too much work (opening HUB to cut off the personal costs - so 3 people in Prague are meant to do work for 10 people from the local HR department). Lots of people left within first 6 months, so you constantly invest your time to train new joiners. When management from US or France came to visit us, we were told "TO BE POSITIVE" only and not to complain. So we were saying all is fine, because were afraid we might then get punished....

Pros

The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

Cons

Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
