Long interview process spanning 3 months. Interviewed with SIOP, Sales, and Finance leaders. Overall, positive experience. HR was responsive and quick to answer questions. Only recommendation would be to coordinate interviews schedules to shorten the process.
A little strange - recruiter sent a list of questions to be answered via email. Then on the phone explained that the salary range posted wasn’t accurate and the hiring manager insisted on paying less. She said she’d find out if they’d consider more and get back to me. Next thing I know I got an email that I withdrew from the process.

Average, Does not ask technical questions much, focus more on people skills and whether interviewee is able to accept work culture. And asking for future development and how interviewee hopes to progress in the company.
