Cruel and unfriendly environment. Constant leadership churn & obsession with executives. Constant reassignments. Most employees will not end up doing the job they interviewed for. Once you are in the door, you will most likely be reassigned again and again. They do not think twice about pushing people out & making your life so miserable that you quit. Collaboration and "co creating" and "performing while transforming" are simply gaslighting terms they use - there is no substance behind this. Carrier is a dark place to work - you'll be used, abused and then termed. You'll also be expected to "kiss the ring" every step of the way.

The company culture may feel limiting, especially to those experienced in their fields. You might find the work environment rigid, where eloquence in communication is prized over diverse professional backgrounds and skill sets. The company's internal politics could be overwhelming, and there seems to be a disconnect between the company’s public commitments to inclusivity and diversity and the reality within.
