Pros

You get an Hour lunch break.

Cons

Everything. There are so many ways you can LOSE your commission. Management is terrible and makes up false accusations about you to let you go earlier once you put in a two weeks notice so they DON’T have to pay you last month and your current commission. That’s the only way they make money is not paying their employees. I was promised that I would at LEAST get last months commission since they were not letting me finish off my two weeks. When I wasn’t paid out, every manager including the district manager was unavailable and did not answer me. I have lost over $1500 of earned commission because of this company. Worst decision to work for them.

I had nice coworkers- until I had one that sexually harassed me and the company didn't care.

Commission decelerators They lowered base pay by $1 per hour without employee permission Frequent employee turnover No opportunity for growth Required to lie to customers No respect for employees Treated differently as a woman Employee concerns are not heard and instead seen as baseless complaints by management Sprint has poor service and so customers frequently come in with complaints that simply cannot be fixed Overcharging customers

Pros

There are no pros for working with this company. They care about making money for upper management and owners.

Cons

I was a store manager....They pay little as possible and expect miracles out of the staff. They do not support the staff at any of their stores. Once a year all upper management and hr staff leave for a week for an all expenses paid cruise while store managers are left to deal with chaos. As a store manager you are paid very little to work no less than 80 hours aweek. There is no accountability for upper management mistakes. You're told it's not a district mangers job to get product your store needs and then publicly humiliate you when you can't close the sale.
