Pros

I cannot think of any pros because the way they do their business it’s very false and shady. The only pro that I can think of Would be that they do their annual summit in Utah which is nice but that doesn’t justify the other injustice that they’ve committed you continue to do so right now.

Cons

The company has build its reputation solely on screwing its employees over and over again. The Better Business Bureau should definitely take a look into this company because many of its former employees have complained of not being paid for work hours or not receiving their commission when they earned it with their blood sweat and tears. Brightstar will find any excuse not to pay its employees their commission even when the commission is solely based on sales. The company is based out of Utah has a deep routing in the religious believes which I find a little bit hypocritical on their behalf because they don’t care about their employees. I work for over one year with bright star and there were several months where I went without getting any rest and on top of that they would refuse to pay my commission at times, he got to the point that I had to go to the emergency room because I was working too much I was at the point of exhaustion. Bright star will use you and abuse you until you are not any use for them anymore they will dismiss you without thinking about it twice. I wouldn’t days without interest or seen my family in loyalty to this company and after one year they told me that I cannot longer work for them because I was “late “, what is the coincidence that the month before my commission was 100% guaranteed to be paid in full. HR will deduct hours without telling Employees, even if it was a worked hour they will still deduct it, claiming that it needs to be taken out for lunch or break. As far as I’m concerned that’s call slavery because if someone is working for you you have to pay them regardless or not whether they took a break. I have collected several signatures and will be filing an order with an attorney to have Brightstar be put under investigation. They have to understand that they cannot continue doing what they’re doing to their employees can get away with that.

Pros

They pay you on the dates they say they will lol

Cons

They will make up something to fire you. Be careful Don't pay enough. 8-9 an hour and managers only make 11 lol and you will lose 50 to 100% of your commission
