Pros

The only positive about this job is the sales experience. If you can sell Sprint, you can sell a napkin.

Cons

Where do I begin? - First off, this company is flat-out dishonest. They forced me to sign a new commission structure that was complete wack. The commission structure included if our store fell in between different types of ties than the company would take away our commission up to 60%. That is ridiculous! -Speaking of losing money, the company would take 10% of my money if our store didn't hit quota. As an example, the store that I worked in was only producing 100 contracts a month. They would punish us if we didn't hit 45 new activations per rep. That is nearly impossible when our store 30 new activations per month. They would also take away 10% of my money if we were not at 1 phone to 1 accessory. - After looking closer at my time, I was extremely dissatisfied with my job while working there. My Store Manager was a two face liar. He promised me a lot of things that he never followed up on. As an example, he promised me a pay raise after 6 months of working there. That never happened. - Upper management is joke! They deceitfully told us to put insurance on customer's phones without their own knowledge and as the customer was signing their contracts, they did this just to boost up their own numbers and to cheat the customer out of their hard earned money. - In regards of upper management, they also have these in store promos going on to only affect the upper management. As an example, they said that they would send all the managers on a cruise, if they earned it. What about those reps that work hard as well? Don't they deserve something, except for $7.50 an hour? - Chargebacks are complete joke! I understand that it is the wireless industry but it is not my fault that the customer hates Sprint and leaves them because their service is a joke! -Upper management, learn how to listen to your reps. They are essential to your success, compliment them when they do well. I never got any sort of compliment for being their lead sales rep for a year.

Pros

Good work environment, nice coworkers, working with technology

Cons

I have lost my commission twice, I was promised as a new hire I wouldn't lose my commission my first month and received zero, they have awful communication skills, and will do anything to skip out on paying you, they also ask you to drive120 moles a day for two weeks, no mileage paid, they ALSO expect you to go to constant meetings that are seemingly useless and eat up your personal time. Do not work here unless you don't mind bouncing around alot.
