Terrible management

Pros

Discount, really nothing else at all

Cons

Everything else. Management is a joke, especially director of sales. Always talks about how he goes to bat for his employees, but he is a weasel. You can do everything right and they still find an issue. Always micromanaged even though they say they want you to run your territory like it is your own business, what a joke. Pay isn't that great and no room for growth. I don't recommend at all. Focus too much on call numbers and not quality of calls, if your making numbers get off our backs.

Pros

They started to recognize the extra efforts put in by customer service representatives.

Cons

The high up management at my location was sexist, and regularly told the people in my position how invaluable we were. We had to have multiple meetings with management due to the conflict between the two and the lack of respect to employees from management. Males were in the high offices and made it abundantly clear that women would never be in a high position. For a woman to get into sales, in our office, she would only be given cheerleading/dance. The condescending nature of the men in the office was too much to handle as a college graduate who was in my first job and could run circles around the sales team in any computer program. In my opinion, they lost a lot of good employees due to the constant derogatory comments from males in the office.

Pros

Office building is super cool when you first walk through.

Cons

Not sure the best way to describe it. This place is plain evil. Why would a manager recruit someone here, and lie about potential money and how great the job is. It's $20 an hour. You clock in and out by logging in and out of your phone at the cubicle. Don't try to leave for lunch at 11:59, big no-no. If you think you can break a $200 commission check in after lets say half a year selling basketballs to YMCAs, good luck to you. Even if it was a viable sales job/product the commission structure is so insane. You get nothing. The top performer that been there for years, didn't want to be a manager, was making like $26 dollars an hour. I think there is only 1 girl that works here. A million sad dudes in a cubicle not allowed to talk to one another or be on your phone for anything. Really strange culture here. Even if you were only there a short while, Could not recommend more against working here.
