Great people to work with. Each "CSR" runs their cube like its their own business which is great. There is no micro managing and the management in this division is great to work for. If you're looking to learn about the sporting goods industry this is a good position to start in.

Cons

The culture within the headquarters makes it seem like this position is less important than others. This is directly shown in the pay compared to other internal positions.

Management starts at the top, and BSN senior management gets it. They do everything they can to help their 500+ salespeople, and support people do their job more efficiently and make $! The BSN family is tight knit and you feel like you are truly part of a team.

Cons

As in any large organization, it is hard to advance upward into management. With that said, if you are producing, you are recognized and fast tracked.
