There are no pros to this company. You would do better working for in a third world company

Cons

Racist, liars, good old boys club that is building the company on the backs of the minorities, low paid warehouse and other employees, poor working conditions, managers are backstabbers, bonuses for managers ridiculous while other employees have to apply for food stamps and can not afford health insurance. Host million dollar sales meetings while excluding the low paid staff.

I can't think of any pros about this job! I hated every minute of my short three months here.

Cons

Management is a joke reported an incident where another employee threatened to stab me and her reply was "oh she was probably joking" This place is like a revolving door thats why they are constantly hiring 20 people at time. Out of those 20 18 will quit within a week. Make you work in a warehouse with deplorable conditions. Unfair to employees of other races. Worst job ever! They are a a bunch of liars and will make up lies to cover themselves! Doesn't mind breaking the law to be evil because they are mad that you quit so they hold employees W2 formsand final paychecks out of spite.

Pros

You generally get paid on time, and if you Never go the the Doctor or never need Medical care then the Health Insurance is good. One Star rating because they don't allow a 1/4 star.

Cons

They out source all art work to a 3rd world country and they charge All Reps ("SALES PRO'S") for everything they request, Reps pay a High rate for sub par ARTWORK from INDIA, 401K has the lowest contribution rate in the industry, The Health Insurance is so high if you get it Pray you don't have to go to the Doctor, EVER Communication with in the Company is very poor, it's every person for themselves.
