No family/work balance. Management is always mis-leading. They also change things that are actually working well and never try to fix the stuff that is causing headaches for their employees and customers.

Pros

Good group of people to work with- friendly environment- working with sports equipment and coaches that are laid back and laid back environment- Good discounts on clothing and equipment like Nike and Under Armor- None pressure sales.

Cons

Upper management is cheap- Territory Managers do not make commission (base plus quarterly bonus) - Most people that work there have to have side gigs or spouses that make more money to get by- Not compensated properly for the amount of sales you put through- The more the company grows the more they cut back on things like Christmas party or letting TM's go to national Sales Conference

Cons

Insurance is poor, management is poor, employees are paranoid & don't trust each other.
