Pros

None... They ghosted me... Not professional

Cons

Was completely hired. Jumped through all the hoops.. Interview, paperwork, BG check. Was told I'd be contacted the next day to set up training, but never was.. Was given instructions to log into my employee account, but it never worked. The help desk (India) told me my account was never created. That was a month ago. I've emailed, called, left voicemail... No response. I quit my other job for nothing, and been a month with no income because of this sorry company. They even seem to contract out their own help desk to India!!! A call center company who doesn't use their own call center?! Tells you all you need to know. Planning to sue for lost wages. You can't just affect peoples lives that way

Pros

Flexibility, 30 minutes increment shifts

Cons

While you are trying to do your job this company constantly has people call in harassing you with fake calls. The managers and the clients call in harassing you trying to basically make sure your handling the calls properly and I understand that but there way of going about it is ridiculous and it’s obvious that it is them harassing you. I have never worked for a work from home job where this is there way of monitoring there calls. It is not worth the headache or the minimum wage that they pay. This is company is horrible don’t work here!

Pros

Overtime incentives on top of your overtime base pay from the clients. You also get a bonus from the company from doing well so you can earn up to 3-4 dollars more each check per hour.

Cons

This place has horrible management that only care about making the company look good. They DO NOT CARE about their clients policies or procedures!!! They will not report any misconduct that made THE CLIENTS BRAND look bad in order to avoid having to pay the client any fees!!! This company is extremely dishonest! They keep employees who give absolute horrible customer service and lie about how much staffing they have in order to keep the head count of what the client wants. The client from Las Vegas are already pulling out from alorica because they can not be professionals in their job that they were contracted to do. People steal time from the company, there are many fraud cases that happen and this company lies about promoting their agents. I’m 100% glad I left this job and actually was blessed to find an actual professional job that has core values.
