Free flight benefits and even better benefits if your a favorite by management, senior agents and your leads. Medical is ok.

Cons

This company pays you very poor for the amount of work you do. It's very cliquey and if your are a favorite of the management you can do and say whatever you want! The senior agents picks on junior agents and give them more work, it's really sad. When you're on probation senior agents, management and your leads hold it over your head and it's a very stressful environment to work in because of the employees there!

I am ok with shift work but working for Airlines is not suitable to every one, due to rotating schedule

Great employer, many opportunities to advance your career . We have the best flight destinations in the industry, we are rated number one as the best airline in North America, according to Skytrax and we have the newest aircraft with a superior inflight entertainment system.

Cons

You need to be healthy and love your job as it is stressful, much is expected but is given in return, do not apply if you are not a team player. There is a lot of exams and training involved. If you do not like writing exams and performing your training drills every year then do not apply. The lowest score to pass is 90 per cent. We also get profit sharing from AC. We are unionized and well paid.
