Bad management and pay - Customer Service Representative Air Canada Employee Review

This company pays you very poor for the amount of work you do. It's very cliquey and if your are a favorite of the management you can do and say whatever you want! The senior agents picks on junior agents and give them more work, it's really sad. When you're on probation senior agents, management and your leads hold it over your head and it's a very stressful environment to work in because of the employees there!
