The supervisors & coworkers make it a good place to work, I really wish upper management had to deal with what we do on a daily basis

Cons

I believe that they need to focus more on Customer Service than the Average handle time that we are required to meet.

good hourly and good bonus if u apply urself, key is being legal ethical and moral on the job, and being honest, treating ur customers like family

Cons

benefits (medical mainly) are not good, dental, vision is ok, does not match 401k

Enjoyed the people I worked with and also the clients.

Cons

Not enough communication between management and agents. No recognition for jobs well done. Pretty sure they keep people who had worse stats than me.
