      Pros

      The supervisors & coworkers make it a good place to work, I really wish upper management had to deal with what we do on a daily basis

      Cons

      I believe that they need to focus more on Customer Service than the Average handle time that we are required to meet.

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
