      Pros

      good hourly and good bonus if u apply urself, key is being legal ethical and moral on the job, and being honest, treating ur customers like family

      Cons

      benefits (medical mainly) are not good, dental, vision is ok, does not match 401k

      Pros

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
