      my time at aegis was cool. i admit i pushed the envelope at times, but hey who doesn't...lol. anyway management was very supportive when i was training as a c.n.a. which i appreciated. i think that advancement is posssible if the individual is sure that it's the career they want. strategically great for a 2nd career if offsetting is the goal.

      Cons

      u have to be careful on the phones. can be very technical when screening sales. which is the downside to achieving commission.

      the people. if it was not for the employees the work there it would be very hard to come to work everyday

      they have no respect for u, they dont care if ppl have fam problems or not. if ur sick o well come to work so u can get everyone else sick to. late ur in big trouble, have a doc appt. wait in line. only 36 ppl cn be off a day and if u request a day off and its filled u r out of luck,.
