Pros

it is nice to get recognition occasionally. when you are there for a year you get something although i have been there for 1&1/2 years and have yet to see this. they are very good about acknowledging when you do good from one month to the next with gift cards and such.

Cons

the insurance is terrible. and it seems like the upper management can't be bothered with the employees.its very disorganized and sometimes you don't know until the dy it happens and all of a sudden you are laid-off

The pay was good and the opportunity to do a satisfying job wonderful.

Cons

When I was let go, the company had over hired and were taking every opportunity to let peple go including doing backward disciplines (ie- things which had previously been overlooked were now scrutinized and re-evaluated by new staff) My manager(who had previoly told me she was NOT a manager) is the one who had to let me go. They CLAIMED it was the decision of the frim I was hired to work with. Bogus! they had the right to move me to another campaign but chose not to. I won't go back if they are going to use poor hiring /dismissal practices.

Pros

They are a tight group of local employees that are hard workers for the most part. Work is fairly distributed and team leads are generally willing to help.

Cons

As a company they have a real poor manner of terminating employees and do not pay attention to all qualities of an agent when one area may have been lacking. A lot of employees feel threatened and even harassed for not working over-time.
