Pros

Great Benefits Employee Camaraderie Higher than average industry base salary pay Paid Time Off is easy to use

Cons

Employees are given highly unrealistic expectations Favoritism is prevalent, certain agents are chosen to receive leads at random while others starve to meet minimum production Every month you have to worry about your job- Make your sales goals, get put on warning for not making enough calls, Make your calls but don't meet production- warning Lack of stability Lack of growth opportunity

Pros

Nothing positive to say about company.

Cons

Many benefits are being either reduced or eliminated . If you want your employees increase their sales you need to provide them with their sales reports at a minimum once weekly not a month and a half later. Employees are on overload. Too many goals to make. Lots of cut throat competition among employees. Upper management doesn't care.

Pros

Same level coworkers were great people. You can commiserate together.

Cons

Everything the tell you is a lie. They pretend to be a big company...but really they are a smaller club/franchise. The head office is like a high school clique. This is the place to work if you want your boss to be a mean girl who doesn't have a clue how to do your job. They used covid as an excuse to let go all the experienced employees, replacing them with anyone who could use an internet browser for a sadly low wage. They will let you meet a goal your 1st term, but after that they will constantly change the goals so that you can never hit another one. Management tried to force me to break serious laws at least three times. Laws they train you to never break. If you refuse to break them, they won't fire you right away. They will make your work life miserable until they push you out or make up a lie to fire you. The company is supposed to be a 'not for profit membership oriented company'. Nope, basically a tow truck company that is outdated and just trying to sell junk to it's members. So if you like selling seniors stuff of little to no value ,that they don't need, this is the company for you. The worest part is the clause that says "and other duties". They will hire you for a professional position and the next thing you know you are cleaning the bathrooms and parking lot. They abuse that clause! And yes the time off looks wonderful on paper, but you will never get to actually use it. Even if your state has laws stating they have to let you use it. I can't imagine this company has much of a future. Ps. The corporate responses to these reviews are just some copy and paste junk.
