Free food on holidays and excessively busy days plus unlimited overtime if that's your gig.

Cons

The ratio of minorities in entry level positions to those in management/executive level positions is a travesty. If you are white, then you're alright. If you're black then you stay back.

Pros

I love working in the membership department. We are like a family. People are always willing to help. You get commission which is great for your wallet. There is always OT available. I don't dread going in to work everyday. I come in and it is a new day and never have work to bring home to finish!

Cons

All breaks are scheduled. Because of the nature of the business, you can't chose when your breaks are, but they do a decent job of scheduling them at appropriate times.

Pros

They have a decent building to work in. I had to think for several minutes to come up with that much.

Cons

Management doesn't listen to workers. We have stepped back instead of moving forward. The benefits aren't very good. We get fewer holidays off than any company I have ever worked for. Morale is at an all time low and a lot of employees are either sad or angry. The past two years have seen a bad decline in a company I once liked working for. The department I work for has seen two thirds of staff leave for hope of a better situation. I am now looking to do the same.
