Sears Sales Associate interview questions

The process started with an online questionnaire / application. I think they have an automatic system that will send out an email about an interview as long as you "pass" the application stage. So, the automatic email will tell you what day/time to interview. Then you get an interview with someone in person. Basically all they want to ask is "Can you sell protection plans?".
