Sears Sales Associate interview questions

1:1 interview with department lead and then 1:1 interview with department manager and I was hired. Sears interviews everyone that applies for hourly positions. Therefore, their processes is not very formal. The managers do not prepare for the interviews. They just wait to get a call from HR that they have someone to interview.

So I applied online took the assessment and they pick an interview date. The day of the interview i arrived on time but the lady was not ready so i had to wait in the holding area for about 10 min. When the interview finally begins she asked me why do you want to work here? what does customer service mean to you and my work history. She wrap it up by saying they would call me to come back for finish the process. They never called back. When I called them a few days later they said they had found someone else.
