Sears Sales Associate interview questions

Basic personal questions were asked. For example: What qualifies you for this job? What can you bring to the table? etc. The only thing that was bothersome, was the fact that my resume was never reviewed. An online application was filled out, and that was it.

I interviewed first with the department manager then the store manager (on different days). Each was a 1 on 1 and lasted approximately 30-45 mins. The questions weren't difficult at all.
