Sears interview questions

The interview process was alright. Not the worst interview process but also not the best interview process. I would go through the process again. I would recommend the interview process to others

The interview was very easy. The manager also seemed to be busy which is why the interview was only 10 minutes. The HR was a bit confused, as there was a lack of communication. But I didn't get asked alot questions. The basic question was about experience.
