Question 1
Why would you want to work for Sears as a sales associate?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sears (Fond du Lac, WI) in Oct 2010
Interview
Right after finished applying online, it immediately made you file for an interview appointment. The first day was with the store manager that asked simple basic questions about past experiences. The first day went well for me, and she said that she really liked me. We ended up picking another day for the next interview, which were much more difficult questions. Lucky enough I passed their requirements and got hired.

Question 1
As a customer, what would you dread putting in an online purchase? What 3 obstacles would occur and how would you get around that?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sears (Clovis, CA) in Sep 2010
Interview
I applied online to be a sales associate and immediately after I filled out the application it gave me interview times and dates. I scheduled the interview online and went into the HR office. I went inside and told the lady up front I was there for my interview and then she told me to wait outside. It only took about 5 minutes for another lady to come out and call my name and then go into a room to have a one on one interview. She asked me a lot of questions about previous experiences and the questions were really hard because I had to think up things on the spot. She was very friendly though. Then she called a day later saying I had made it to the 2nd interview so I scheduled that interview for a few days later. On the 2nd interview the lady asked me many difficult questions about previous experiences once again and these questions were very vague. It was hard to come up with an answer without thinking a long time and on top of it the lady was rude and seemed to have no interest at all. Then she said I would either get a call saying I got the job or an email saying I didn't. A week and a half went by and I got neither so I called the office to see what was going on and the lady who answered was rude and disorganized. She cut me off and interrupted when I was trying to explain to her what the problem was. She said I was wrong and they didn't send out emails. Then she talked to the manager/supervisor and turns out I was right. They do send emails and supposedly I was supposed to get one saying I didn't get the job, but I never recieved it. Overall, I thought they were all rude and disorganized.
