Sears Sales Associate interview questions

They called me up, told me to come in to the store for an interview. When i got there the interview was really fast and i think i did pretty good. the lady giving me the interview then signed me up for the second one. I came in again 2 days later, same thing, fast interview. lady told me id get a call in 2 days. never got the call. i called back 3 times on 3 separate days and they said the same thing each time.

You go into the store and apply through the computer. If you pass the exam minimum you will get a call back for the position. Once called back you are brought in for an interview by a lead. You then meet with an assistant store manager. They ask a bunch of standard interview questions.
