I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sears (New York, NY) in Mar 2013
Interview
The hiring manager asked me very basic questions, the whole interview lasted about 5 min and I was told I got the job and that they were just going to do a background check, then I would start. The manager asked me questions that you had to answer to make yourself seem like you love dealing with all kinds of people. The interview was easy and so was the job.
