Sears Sales Associate interview questions

Got a call for an interview, went in and manager looked at my info and said I needed to retake the personality test because it expired. So we go to a computer, I retake it right there in the store. It's basically a long and totally redundant test. After I finished the manager looks at the results and says I tested differently so they can't give me the job. Oh man was I furious. I drove a half hour to the location, 20 minutes waiting for the manager, and an additional half hour on a totally pointless test. I'm still the same person right? My personality hasn't changed in 90 days, only difference was I was in the store and ready to go, I was fired up! Ready to sell some quality goods! But instead a swift kick out the door and wasted time is what I got. However it's their loss, they have no idea how dedicated I am. Chances are whoever they hired washed out.

not friendly, interviewer was not very interested in my background or my education. She seemed like she really needed to go to lunch.. They didn't tell me much about the company.
