Sears Sales Associate interview questions

Applied online, had an interview within a week. Had a hard time locating where the interview was going to be held in the store and there were very few employees around to ask for help. Interview was quick and semi impersonal. Knew within a week whether or not I had gotten the job.

I had 2 interviews. You apply online then you immediately take a behavioral assessment. If you pass, a recruiter contacts you within a week to do a in-person interview. I interview with 2 managers from the store. Smiling and confidence is extremely important. They will ask you how to handle a difficult customer. Pass and you will be fingerprinted and have a background check run before being given an offer
