Sears Sales Associate interview questions

I got a call , within two weeks after I applied . I went to my interview and waited atleast 30 minutes to get interviewed, after I was interviewed I got interviewed by the store manager. When we were done , she told me that I was too young to be a store associate, but she really liked me and I could work as a cashier, and that she was going to have my application pulled through, and that I was going to get a call later that day, and I could either accept, or decline the job. So basically she made me feel, I had the job. But I never, got the call. Its been two days.

It was ridiculous. I had to interview with 3 different people for an hour each. This was for a part time sales position. Although the interview with the store manager was the easiest as she just spoke about herself for an hour and didn't ask me a single question. It made no sense at all that I would have to interview with 3 different people for a simple job like this. It was a nightmare and a horrible experience.
