I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sears (Fort Worth, TX) in Jul 2011
Interview
I applied online via SnagaJob.com a couple of days later I got a call asking for me to come in for an interview. When I got to Sears a very nice employee showed me where the HR office was. I got there early so I had to sit for a few. The lady came in was very nice and asked me to step in to her office to began. She asked very basic questions and I was offered another interview in couple of days so I'm praying I get it.

Interview
Applied online and got a call about two weeks later asking me to come in for an interview. I got that a little early because I wanted to impress; sat in an office for about 30 minutes alone. Finally, someone noticed me, called HR and she came down. I was asked the basic interview questions and had a pretty good feeling that I would get the job. She told me that in about 2 weeks I would hear back from her because she had to speak with someone higher up then her and make a decision about whether or not to hire me.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you had to work on a team, how did it go?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sears (San Jose, CA) in Jul 2011
Interview
Scheduled an appointment online (I think everyone gets this chance to be honest.) They called the next day to confirm the date, which I'm glad they did because I as afraid they wouldn't know of my interview. Met on the scheduled day and time. Interviewer was pretty nice and straight-forward. I answered the questions professionally and with some stutter, did use the word "Like" a lot. She straight up told me "I'm going to go ahead and not extend a job offer for you." Didn't ask why, felt like the position was already taken. Honestly, it's probably company procedures to have an interview.
