Pros

Great training. Good discount. Corporate was great. I had to communicate with them regularly to health issues and medical leave. They seemed to truly care and did everything they could to accommodate my situation.

Cons

I've never worked some place where everyone was out for themselves and didn't care about anyone else. I had to go out on medical leave and came close to dying. I never got a card, flowers, or even a phone call to see how I was doing. My sister had to initiate conversation with my district manager to keep her updated on how I was doing. Store manager told me she didn't care about or trust any of the employees. Very toxic environment.

Pros

Great work/life balance, especially with a family. Ample training into the type of "experience" they expect to be provided. Knowledgeable, motivational and caring District Leader.

Cons

Need to have a STRONG passion for being a literal Stylist. Have passion for dressing guests and pushing them to further their outfitting. If retail management is what you're looking for and you're not as excited about being the ideal of a New York Fashionista Stylist, definitely not the place for you.

Pros

-great discount 50% off for store leader and 30% for everyone else -I do truly love the product and visuals -I loved my team

Cons

-expected to work way more then 40 hours on a weekly basis -DTL showed favoritism even when you were a top performer still no recognition unless you were a top tier -no chance of moving up or growth -no coaching or helping you grow as a BTL from the district or regional -Lack of communication from DTL (never wrote back on emails for up to two weeks or called you back unless you did something wrong) -work load was heavy on a day to day basis with HORRIBLE pay and compensation -expected to work 6days every week during holiday -DTL very unprofessional and lack the right management skills often yelled at and wrote up for situations out of ur control - Had to preform the "Fran promise" which is a pushy robotic step by step sales tactic that no guest likes and no boutique team actual does unless your DTL is in ur store for their once a month if your lucky visits -Expected to hire way more employees then hours allotted for your store so some stylist were given 5 hours or less a week -Turnover rate is ridiculously high including upper management -Some boutiques are very old and falling apart -My DTL didn't even know how to work our cash register so if we had any question there was no help there
