totally amazing company to work for

it is so laid back, and fun to work for . the merchandise is very good quality, but yet so affordable. its bright and cheery and so pretty and unique to work in . such a nice boutique . the music is soft, and tranquil to shop in . and the customers that enter our boutiques has fun finding all our little treasures that we sell.

Cons

the only thing i have to say is the salary . but i am thinking becauzse the majority of the boutiques are low in volume . in any case , i have medical benefits and i work around the corner from where i live and the most important thing is that i am happy . my happiness is far more important that any amount of money .

working at Francesca's is great, food is always available, catered, snacks are always there. They are big on healthy living, therefore fresh fruits are always available. Everyone is friendly, onsite gym and huge employee discounts.

Francescas' work environment is unbeatable for the management level. You essentially have your own store in the midst of a large corporation. You have an upper management team that work together to help you consistently improve. If for whatever reason you'd like to relocate, chances are you can stay with the same company! Competitive salary and benefits. Most of the stores are updated beautifully and you have an IT team on call for any issues you may run into. Very organized and very enjoyable organization. They value a solid work/life balance, hardly ever do you work over 41 hours/week. Generous paid time off and paid holidays.

Cons

Get ready for people constantly trying to recruit you out of such a great company! They know that Francescas hires and retains the best talent.
