Pros
You might have great coworkers who can become your best friends and make work great! They definitely encourage a friendly atmosphere. The dress code is great because you basically gotta wear what you "might" sell at the store, but it does not have to be from there. Technically there's rules like if you wear jeans you have to wear heals, but typically management will NOT enforce that. You get to unpack the merchandise, so if you see something you like you can buy it before it's sold out.
Cons
If you're just a stylist (sales associate) you get like 4 hours a week and it's minimum wage. The manager can make or break the place, but usually break..but that's more so due to corporate. There's a "script" they want you to follow with each guest, forcing them to give you personal info like their name, occassion, SHOE SIZE when they don't even want to buy or try on shoes, they force you to pick out complete outfits for them to try on, and if they say no you have to try anyway....
