Pros

- Great Customers - And nothing more...

- The discount is terrible, only 30% whereas at my previous jobs, its been %50-%80 - The managers do not care about your personal life and will schedule you anyways - The turnover right is ridiculously high. There are only two people still working there since the day I started and that is the manager and assistant manager. There are only two people to choose from to cover your shift which makes it impossible. Due to the shortage of people, no one could take my shift the day before a mid-term in college and I lost time to study leading to a bad grade. I, also, had a tutoring session that I had to miss because of the shortage of people. - The assistant manager is as mean as can be. She chose one associate to pick on every shift and would call her out for literally EVERYTHING! - The manager does not keep employee information confidential (ex: details about interviews, private conversations about employees quitting) - Manager is very unprofessional and unorganized. She is constantly swearing and never knows where anything is in the store. - If you request time off, forget about getting it off.

CAUTION! CAUTION! CAUTION! Please take my advice and look the other way when considering to work for this company. This company is based on a customer service marketing strategy which requires you to basically bug the crap out of EVERY single customer that walks in the door. I have been in retail for over 10 years and never have I seen a company require so much from it's employees with no compensation. There is literally a whole 5 point script (franny 5) of words and phrases you must say exactly to the customer like, "what occasion are you shopping for?", and my favorite, "whenever your ready you can come out of the fitting room and we can look at it together". All while making sure your really "genuinely" connecting with the customer. When management comes to do their monthly visits, the environment becomes extremely hostile and stressful because they observe every employee and makes sure they are doing and saying WORD FOR WORD all of these things that are supposed to be said. If not, you must expect they will correct you and tell you what you did wrong. Please take my advice! If I had known what I was getting into before I started, I would've looked the other way.
