This company is a complete mess of an organization. The executives were a joke. No leadership and a manage by fear and favoritism culture. No investment in people, process, the future growth and no value for shareholders. Experience is frowned upon because executives feel threatened when others bring ideas to the table. No collaboration, communication or strategy. Just look at the mass turnover and stock price. Toxic and terrible culture, poor pay, disrespectful and downright mean to employees at every level coupled with a complete lack of leadership makes me wonder why anyone would ever consider working for this company. If you are smart you will STAY AWAY.

-Not somewhere you want to go if you are looking for a job that pays the bills. -Corporate has no idea what they are doing making you're job a million times harder. -High turnover rate. -You're not paid enough to keep up with their dress code. -Unbelievably strict dress code and you will be sent home to change. -Bitter management. -Can't call in sick because you're constantly short staffed. -Never a set schedule, sometimes you will receive the following weeks schedule one or 2 days before. -There are never enough hours given to a store to come in early enough to finish "busy work" or floors sets before you have to open causing you to have to fish when guests are in the store. -Must remember a dialogue word for word called the Fran promise. It's completely unnatural and most of the time annoys the guests.
