      Cute items, fair prices, creative. Top level leader inally gone!

      Cons

      Horrible Corporate staff. Turnover so many times, I've lost count. Promoting junior staff to Director level is comical. Turnover high in all areas makes it hard to get your job done. No support from any Management. Don't work in the Corporate office. Store turnover is high as well and the Managers are tasked with hiring, selling, coaching and are maxed out.

      My manager enforces a mandatory group chat, messages us periodically through the day about work related topics. If im off the clock, or its my day off. I dont want to be bothered by coworkers.

      discount on clothing and that's pretty much about it. but the clothing is gong to fall apart in less than a month, because it's cheaply made and sourced.

      Cons

      expect to be a robot for this company. they promise you endless opportunities and achievements, when in reality, you will cry yourself to sleep as a store manager and wonder why you sold your soul to a corporate monstrosity.
