      Pros

      It's great to be able to work from home

      Cons

      It's who you know. Constantly changing rules that are not legal or lawful. Extremely fake management who favors certain employees who are not qualified to even do the job. These employees were hired because of growth and they pretty much just took anyone. They have an internal Facebook (workplace) where they constantly bash other real estate companies. not good. I am only here for the paycheck for now.

      Pros

      Better split than some, lower cap than some, good tech

      Cons

      $17,020 cap per year with all fees... plus another $50 per transactions... But no office or direct support. New agent onboarding is terrible. "Training" that you pay $420 per year is incredibly repetitive.

      New CIO moving company away from core value of Agile

      Pros

      Remote and some truly great people work here.. but starting to leave because of new CIO and his friends he has brought in.

      Cons

      The new CIO has come in and completely torn apart the tech team. He has hired his friends from other companies and demoted people who work here to put in his friends and has no real idea of what Agile is. Teams are no longer doing sprint planning, retrospectives, or even story pointing stories which is crazy for a company that has "Agile" in their core values. They say they are doing "ScrumBan" but clearly have no idea what the principles are behind that either. The company was one one of the best companies you could work for with the best company culture which has disintegrated into a toxic and hostile work environment. There is no trust left in this organization which is why people are heading out.
