eXp Realty interview questions

Not much of an interview process. I met over Zoom with the leaders of the team I was joining onto and made sure there was a culture fit. We talked for maybe 30 minutes.

Virtual or phone conversation about experience that qualifies for role. Familiarity with state issued forms. Not overly inquisitive, they seemed interested in my work background. Interviewed once with an HR representative and once with the hiring manager for the team.
