Pros

The only advantage here is product discount that you get

Cons

Well its a long list. Having 13 years of experience i have never seen people like here. The so called VP of tech hub India is being treated as he is a king, he is the most arrogant, non eligible, bigot person i have ever seen. They have a group called SLT, where there is no one who is not from Sapient, they group does whatever they wanna do, and treat rest of the employees as their servants. From needle to sword everything is decided by this group as of this is their own firm. They humiliate, disrespect, each and every individual.

Pros

From high level, it looks good package but 20% is variable which hardly comes to your picket. Good Food in reasonable price. Good Discount on Adidas brand Mac Book and iphone will be given to all the employees. Party Hard

Cons

No Life Balance. Start up Culture. 70% time you will spend on useless and meaningless Calls. Not Clear about why they need IT team. Architects and Product tech team are different from each other so product team will never give you values. No Process. All the projects were handled by Indian Service industry (vendors) and they almost ruined all the projects. No Planning and execution. Everything is handled by few peoples so they are changing the process according to their wishes. Incapable HR Incapable Directors Completely Mismanagement Adidas is good to make a variety of shoes but in IT, they don't have vision and budget so not sure how long they will survive in IT industry. Not budget planning. Everything will run from Germany so God knows when and what decision they will take at what time. Almost all the Architects in our business area left in last 3-4 months.

Pros

Groses Internationales Unternehmen relocation services are really positive

Cons

- You have to pay for sportsfacilities contrary to competitor Nike - You can be fired easily in probabtion period and employer does not care and sends you back to your home country without proper dismissal package contrary to NIKE EMEA. This is not mentioned upon hiring. Application policyis easy for foreigners but firing is just as easy in the probation period of six months foreign employees can be fired without a reason even by good performance mobbing is just really easy, adidas does not care about the employee afterwards as it has a strong reputation it can treat employees like trash. After the legal period of three weeks they provide you with an excellent Zeugniss as you are not able to sew anymore. - Adidas lets expats pay 50% taxes istead of 40% by not telling them in what wage tax forms they have to fill out. - Adidas has resources for Bonus Schemes but not for docking stations and there is no money for post its - No free beverages like Coffee - No flexible desks that support people with back injuries - No introduction onboarding program on the job done by colleages, the first six month adidas tests foreign employees and when unfit they send them back to the home country and no labor agency notices these pratices. - Germany has a high Tax rate 40%
