Pros

Among the very few good things they offer there is Discounts and Cafeteria

Cons

Incredibly unstable company, with high rotation of personnel, constantly using all kind of dirty tricks to try to set their costs low. IT is a sweatshop with many people being burnt out due to extreme expectations. There are all these positive review here that are perhaps made by the HR, but I cannot imagine how someone can be happy at adidas under the constant threat of being made redundant. Incredibly political environment, cut throat approach for people with different opinions. If you receive an offer from them, don't bother and move along.

Pros

-401k is awesome. -50% off shoes -"Work from anywhere" day during the week (If you are lucky tho) -When you leave, your resume will look great with "Adidas" on it.

Cons

I faced an enormous amount of issues caused by poor decision making, poor leadership and ego driven decisions. The highest grossing category at Adidas is lifestyle, ORIGINALS and ACTION SPORTS. Originals/Action Sports leadership is laughable: No leader will be providing a clear and assertive decision on "what to do next" fearing the other leaders will criticize. Nobody has enough balls to own a mistake. if you are a manager or a senior manager be ready to stay in your lane waiting for a promotion, because most likely will never happen. Directors keep their seat and their bonus and as someone pointed out, its always the same crew of people on top. HR has always tried to silence issues and never ever solved a single issue I've known. I once thought Adidas was different than Nike, but its not. If you really pay close attention to all the hot product coming out none is from Adidas, and that's only because the decision making is so bad, nothing makes an impact.
